How Eagle Mountain Works — Part 1

At Eagle Mountain, the way we build matters because it reflects why we exist.

Our passion is to see the culture of Heaven expressed in everything we do, not only in our gatherings, but in our relationships, our teams, our leadership, and the way we serve our community.

That’s why Eagle Mountain is being built as a team of teams rather than around one person or one ministry.

In this video, we begin exploring the heart behind that model: people with different gifts and callings learning to work together with shared purpose, healthy relationships, and a common desire to represent Jesus well.

Our goal is not simply to accomplish tasks. It is to build a culture where people are equipped, trusted, and empowered to carry responsibility together.

Because when we understand why we are doing what we are doing, the way we lead, serve, and build begins to change.

Our passion is simple: to bring Heaven on Earth in everything we do and in everything we are becoming.
