HOW EAGLE MOUNTAIN WORKS — Part 2

Bobby Haaby

At Eagle Mountain, we believe we are meant to live from our identity in Christ, not spend our lives trying to earn or arrive at one. That identity shapes both who we are and how we build together.

In this video, we explore some of the values that define our culture: intimacy with God, extravagant love, carrying His presence, cultivating deep relationships, reaching the lost, establishing Kingdom culture, training and equipping people, and transforming society.

One of the primary ways we live this out is through what we call a Team of Teams.

Being on a team isn't simply about filling a volunteer position. It's an opportunity to build relationships, discover where you belong, grow in your strengths, and partner with people who carry strengths you may not. No one has to be everything. We are better together.

That's where Operation We comes in.

Operation We is our intentional choice to move from I to we, to become a community of powerful people united in purpose and honored to run together. “We” communicates belonging, ownership, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

We is inviting. We is empowering. We is welcoming. We is collaboration. We is community.

And ultimately, we believe we is a picture of Heaven on Earth.

As we learn to function together, serving becomes more than completing a task. It becomes a place where relationships grow, gifts are strengthened, people find their place, and the mission of Eagle Mountain is carried together.

You don't have to be everything. You get to bring who God made you to be, and become part of something we carry together.
