SE 7 - How To Posture Yourself For Encounters With God

Overview:

It's not in our ability to hear God, It's in God's ability to speak. Are we positioning ourselves to be aware and attentive to when God is speaking in our lives? Remember that God speaks to us in many different ways. Positioning yourself in prayer helps to stir up your spiritual hunger to have an encounter with God. Reading what has already been written about God, like Daniel did, can lead to an encounter. Even talking about God, heaven, and His character can lead into an encounter.

Consistently take time to spend in prayer, reading the Bible and any other book God highlights, and ask God for more. Journal your experiences.
