3 – Covenant (David’s ARC of Presence)

ARCs carry the arc of covenant—hosting God’s presence with no veil culture. Like David, we move from face-to-face intimacy to standing with Him in the Holy of Holies, carrying authority to decree and then build what we declare. Presence is not confined to rooms; it saturates regions. In true apostolic culture, favor becomes legislation, and legislation becomes initiatives that shape society. We refuse to do anything that diminishes His presence. From intimacy we govern, and from governance we implement.

- Presence first. Intimacy matures into governmental authority.

- ARCs cultivate a “no veil” culture of shared priesthood and access.

- Decree from presence and then create tangible initiatives.

- Aim for regional presence: families healed, darkness broken, innovation rises.

- Guard the atmosphere; nothing is worth losing His nearness.

Exodus 33:15 — “Then he said to Him, ‘If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.’”

Psalm 132:4–5 — “I will not give sleep to my eyes… Until I find a place for the LORD, A dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob.”

1 Samuel 19:23 — “So he went there to Naioth in Ramah. Then the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on and prophesied…”

Where is God inviting me to move from encounter to decree?

What practice in my life most protects the atmosphere of His presence?

Activation :

Take five minutes to wait on the Lord.

Write one decree for your city that aligns with Scripture.

Speak it aloud and ask the Lord for one practical step to partner with it.
