1 – What is an ARC (Apostolic Resource Center)
ARCs are kingdom embassies on the earth. They are portals where heaven touches regions, and the government of heaven takes root through people who have served with credibility over time. ARCs are built as a family of powerful people who run together. Emotional health, humility, and covenant honor form the culture. These are not platforms for one person’s name; they are a company of mothers and fathers raising sons and daughters who become mothers and fathers. In this “team of teams” environment, powerful people make space for one another to happen unapologetically. The fruit is real influence: partnership with cities, agencies, churches, and leaders to bring heaven’s solutions to the region’s most pressing problems.
“They’re embassies—portals where heaven touches earth.” – Bobby Haaby
- ARCs function as kingdom embassies with regional credibility born from serving.
- Culture = family over celebrity; honor, emotional health, and shared leadership.
- Powerful people make space for other powerful people; no insecurity.
- Mothers and fathers raise builders, not monuments to self.
- Success is measured by the transformation of people and regions.

Questions to Consider:
Where have I been building a “monument” instead of multiplying people?
Who do I need to make space for this week so their gift can shine?
Activation:
List three people in your sphere.
For each, write one sentence drawing out their gold (Prov. 20:5).
Send one encouraging text today that names their gift and why it matters.
