4 – Mobilization (Nehemiah, Zerubbabel, Ezra)
ARCs carry the engine of administration—mobilization for transformation. Heaven’s timing meets earth’s order. Like Zerubbabel, we restore the house; like Ezra, we disciple hearts; like Nehemiah, we rebuild cities. Sons of Issachar leadership both understands the times and instructs God’s people. Administration is not religious control; it is apostolic stewardship that turns revelation into blueprints and blueprints into movement. The win is regional transformation, not personal position.
“It is the apostolic component, the engine of administration.” – Bobby Haaby
- Threefold focus: the House (presence), the Hearts (formation), the Region (transformation).
- Issachar leadership = discern times and instruct action.
- Apostolic administration turns revelation into mobilization.
- Humble relationships give ARCs regional credibility without striving.
- We don’t win until the people we serve succeed.
